The Voice for Life chorister training program is the cornerstone of musical training for singers in grades 4 through 12.  Voice for Life was developed by the Royal School of Church Music, an organization founded in 1927 to raise the quality of music in parish churches.

In the VFL program, singers work through three proficiency levels.  At each level, choristers further develop their musical skills, vocal skills, and understanding of Christian worship.  VFL teaches singers to read music with expertise.  The training is accomplished during rehearsals as well as in small group classes.

Choristers who have done exemplary work in the Voice for Life program are eligible to attend Royal School of Church Music Summer Training Courses, where singers work with some of the finest choir trainers from England and the United States.
